Not Scale Related Goals
I think that it’s important to mention that I’m not doing this for the numbers.
- I’m doing this to feel healthy.
- I don’t want to walk up a flight of stairs and feel winded.
- I don’t want to have to worry about this for a wedding in 2+ years.
- I don’t want to worry about my weight stopping me from playing with my future kids.
- I really don’t want to have diabetes like the rest of my family.
- I want to feel good about myself and really like what I see in the mirror besides my smile.
- I want to know that I can start something and ACTUALLY finish it.
I want to do it for me!
